Job Summary:<\/b><\/p>\n

This role will play a pivotal role in overseeing the company\u2019s day-to-day operations, ensuring that our processes are efficient, and that our business objectives are met. The COO will work closely with the Managing Director and the leadership team to implement strategic plans, manage resources effectively, and drive operational excellence across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management within the technical industry and a proven track record of driving growth in a small business environment.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/b><\/p>\n

\u2022 Operational Leadership<\/p>\n

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and alignment with company goals.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Strategic Planning<\/p>\n

Collaborate with the CEO\/Managing Director and leadership team to develop and implement long-term strategic plans that align with the company\u2019s vision and objectives.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Process Optimization<\/p>\n

Identify areas for operational improvement and implement processes and systems that enhance efficiency and scalability.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Financial Management<\/p>\n

Work with the finance team to manage budgets, control costs, and ensure financial sustainability.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Team Management<\/p>\n

Lead, mentor, and develop the operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Resource Allocation<\/p>\n

Ensure the effective allocation of resources, including personnel, technology, and capital, to support business goals.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Risk Management<\/p>\n

Identify operational risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring business continuity.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Client Satisfaction<\/p>\n

Work closely with the client-facing teams to ensure that operational processes support high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Compliance<\/p>\n

Ensure that all operations comply with legal and regulatory requirements.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Reporting<\/p>\n

Provide regular operational reports to the CEO\/MANAGING DIRECTOR and board, highlighting key metrics and progress toward strategic goals.<\/p>\n

Role Requirements:<\/p>\n

\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree (or above) in Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior operations role, preferably within a technical or tech-related industry.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Strong leadership and people management skills, with a proven ability to build and develop high-performing teams.<\/p>\n

\u2022 In-depth knowledge of business operations, including process improvement, financial management, and resource allocation.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Ability to think strategically and develop actionable plans that drive business growth.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Comfortable with technology and able to leverage it to improve operations. Experience with project management tools and CRM systems is a plus.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle the challenges of a growing company.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Willing to travel between Singapore ,Malaysia and other South-East Contries.<\/p>\n
