Job Summary:

This role will play a pivotal role in overseeing the company’s day-to-day operations, ensuring that our processes are efficient, and that our business objectives are met. The COO will work closely with the Managing Director and the leadership team to implement strategic plans, manage resources effectively, and drive operational excellence across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management within the technical industry and a proven track record of driving growth in a small business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Leadership

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and alignment with company goals.

• Strategic Planning

Collaborate with the CEO/Managing Director and leadership team to develop and implement long-term strategic plans that align with the company’s vision and objectives.

• Process Optimization

Identify areas for operational improvement and implement processes and systems that enhance efficiency and scalability.

• Financial Management

Work with the finance team to manage budgets, control costs, and ensure financial sustainability.

• Team Management

Lead, mentor, and develop the operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

• Resource Allocation

Ensure the effective allocation of resources, including personnel, technology, and capital, to support business goals.

• Risk Management

Identify operational risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring business continuity.

• Client Satisfaction

Work closely with the client-facing teams to ensure that operational processes support high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

• Compliance

Ensure that all operations comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

• Reporting

Provide regular operational reports to the CEO/MANAGING DIRECTOR and board, highlighting key metrics and progress toward strategic goals.

Role Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (or above) in Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior operations role, preferably within a technical or tech-related industry.

• Strong leadership and people management skills, with a proven ability to build and develop high-performing teams.

• In-depth knowledge of business operations, including process improvement, financial management, and resource allocation.

• Ability to think strategically and develop actionable plans that drive business growth.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.

• Comfortable with technology and able to leverage it to improve operations. Experience with project management tools and CRM systems is a plus.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle the challenges of a growing company.

• Willing to travel between Singapore ,Malaysia and other South-East Contries.
